Job Role and Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, website, or email.
* Process orders and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
* Handle enquiries and provide information on prices, technical requirements, and order status.
* Maintain close communication with field staff.
* Manage order processing, addressing anomalies, and updating customers.
* Handle product returns and issue credits as needed.
* Address customer complaints, escalating when necessary.
* Coordinate with finance partners for product leasing.
* Suggest system improvements and make decisions within established procedures.
