**The Role**:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join a dynamic and fast growing company. We are looking for this individual to focus on building and maintaining relationships with our existing customer base.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer client queries and keep them up-to-date.
- Provide quotations and invoices.
- Arranging installations (signage, cctv, payment machines).
- Send communications to current car park users.
- Issue parking permits.
- Update client and site information on the in-house CRM System

**Skills**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal & written.
- Very good administration skills
- Well-organised and great attention to detail.

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
