GTS Finance is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Senior Project Coordinator to join our client's team. This role is essential in supporting our Project Managers in delivering exceptional service to our corporate clients within our employee benefits division, Secondsight. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the onboarding of new projects, including updating project plans and documentation.
Organise and coordinate project meetings, including taking minutes and tracking actions.
Design and build communication campaigns using CRM software, with regular updates to stakeholders.
Collaborate with Project Managers and the Marketing Team on communication strategies for financial wellness programs.
Manage data analysis and quality checking for salary sacrifice and other technical projects.
Liaise with pension providers and handle client queries through dedicated mailboxes.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in an administrative role.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work to deadlines.
Excellent knowledge of Excel and other MS Office applications.
Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to workload management.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Desirable:
Experience in project coordination within financial services.
Familiarity with marketing and campaign management tools (e.g., HubSpot).
