Are you passionate about delivering high-quality care to vulnerable children? Do you have the leadership skills to manage a dedicated team of care workers? AAA SOLUTIONS is seeking an experienced Care Home Manager to join our team in Fallowfield, Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of care workers effectively
* Ensure compliance with Children's Home Regulations 2015 and SCCIF
* Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding practices
* Deliver outstanding care tailored to the needs of vulnerable children
Requirements:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
* Minimum of one year's experience in a similar role
