INDUSTRY: Private Clinic

DUTIES INCLUDE:

Answering all incoming phone calls
Patient facing - dealing with daily enquiries
Checking emails and responding to online enquiries
Extensive compliance administration tasks
Patient record keeping
Arranging appointments, sending confirmation letters
Placing orders
Taking payments, raising invoices
Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
On demand repairs
Walk in patients
Return items for credit and repair. Issuing refunds
Restocking the rooms and clinic for consumable stock
Stock checks
Ensuring all admin paperwork is fully stocked
Reception cover over lunchSKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

Exceptional communication skills at all levels.
Ability to handle high levels of pressure.
Previous compliance and regulations experience is highly desirable
Experience of using all Microsoft Office programs e.g., Microsoft Excel.
Good investigative and research skills
Confident communicator with the ability to manage won tasks without supervision.
Ability to work as part of a team.
