Parts and Service Administrator
Location: Swanley
Salary: GBP27,500 per year
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm.
Job type: Full-time, permanent
The role of a sales administrator is to deal with incoming customer enquiries and assisting the sales force with daily sales administration activities. Order to reach an optimal degree of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities of the Parts & Service Administrator:
· Process a high-volume of product orders and delivery processing
· Managing and placing service calls with service providers
· Advising on parts requirements and ordering parts where appropriate
· Following up on service jobs progression and completion
· Process invoices for all service and parts transactions
· Ensure prices and customer data are up to date
· Provide support in reporting service and parts data
· Support the branch with general operations to help reach the branchs objectives
· Take phone calls and respond to e-mails from the customers in a timely manner
· Communicate internally the feedback from the customers
Requirements of the Parts & Service Administrator:
· Minimum level of education: secondary, vocational, pre-University
· At least 2 years of relevant working experience preferably as service administrator or in customer service
· Preferably experienced in import/export documentations
· Microsoft AX or other ERP experience
· Thorough and attention to detail
· Excellent planning and time management skills
