Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management: Oversee daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, and training. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
Curriculum Development: Develop and implement an innovative outdoor curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards and incorporates nature-based learning
Health and Safety: Ensure all health and safety regulations are met. Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging learning space
Parent and Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress. Promote the nursery within the local community
Administrative Duties: Manage financials, budgets, enrolment, and supplies, maintaining accurate records and reportsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Hold a full and relevant early years childcare qualification, level 3 or above
Experience in a leadership role within an early childhood education setting. Experience with nature-based programs is highly desirable
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
