Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
Deliver high-quality, differentiated instruction to students with SEN.
Work closely with classroom teachers to create an inclusive learning environment.
Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
Provide support and guidance to Teachers and other staff working with SEN students.
Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about student progress and needs.
Stay informed about current best practices and developments in special education.

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in special education.
