A varied Sales Administrator position has arisen, working on a full-time basis for a manufacturing company based in Redditch. Joining a small team, you will be managing the sales order process as well as providing administrative support to the Managing Director.

As the Sales Administrator you will be -

Query handling both calls and emails
Creating and sending quotes & proposals
Processing and managing sales orders
Adding and updating information to the CRM systems
Handling incoming calls and developing strong working relationships with customers
Providing administrative support to Managing Director
Adhoc diary management and administrative tasks

We'd love to hear from you if you have the following experience and skills -

Processing sales orders in a manufacturing or engineering company
Excellent attention to detail and organisation
Good knowledge of Excel and Outlook
Any prior experience using Salesforce or InDesign is beneficial
Good customer service with a strong telephone manner
Good numeracy skillsOn offer for this Sales Administrator role -

Monday - Friday office hours of 9am - 5pm
Free parking available on-site
Offering a starting salary of £28-30,000p/aThis will be an office-based Sales Administrator role where you will be required to be on-site at their offices, which are based in Redditch Monday - Friday.
