Marble Talent Group are currently recruitng for an Area Sales Manager for our client covering the South West as a territory.
Salary £28,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £50,000+)
Our client, a leading compactor and baler company, is seeking a dynamic and driven Area Sales Manager to cover the South West region. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join a growing company and take charge of developing new business opportunities while managing existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the South West region.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Promote and sell a range of compactor and baler products.
* Meet and exceed sales targets to achieve uncapped commission potential.
* Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
* Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities.
Requirements:
* Proven sales experience, preferably in a related industry.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Self-motivated and target-driven.
* Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
* Full UK driving license.
