SALARY- £60,000 to £70,000 per annum

We are currently on the look out for a skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to join one of our client's in Ripley. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the management of contracts and ensure the smooth execution of projects.

The Contracts Manager will ideally have the following attributes:

5 Years+ Experience in Contract Management, preferably within the engineering sector
Relevant qualifications in Contract Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar
Proven experience in negotiating, drafting, and managing contracts
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skillsThe Contracts Manager role will involve:

Managing the entire contract lifecycle from negotiation to termination
Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
Ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations and company standards
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate contract execution and address any issues
Conducting risk assessments and implementing risk mitigation strategies
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract documentation and records
Supporting the engineering team by providing contract-related guidance and assistance
