As a Continuous Improvement Facilitator you will be expected to support the CI function across the SEA business. The primary purpose of the Continuous Improvement Facilitator is to provide improvement expertise, role modelling and monitor multiple technical and continuous improvement projects within SEA. Supporting the Head of Business Assurance by guiding and leading smaller teams to identify improvements throughout SEA to improve productivity, efficiency and compliance as part of the continuous improvement process.

Leading and facilitating improvement events across cross-functional teams to identify, analyse, and implement business improvement initiatives & CI. A key aspect of this role is leading multi-disciplinary classroom/ improvement workshop sessions.
Feed into the strategy for Continuous Improvement in support of the Head of business assurance.
Leading improvement opportunities through in an efficient and effective manner to generate KPI’s, processes and metrics to demonstrate the effectiveness of implemented changes.
Supporting future continuous improvement rollout training programme, including, but not limited to Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis (including 5 Whys) 5S, production layout efficiencies, Design for Lean Six Sigma and improvement workshop facilitation.The skills you need

Demonstrate the proven ability to lead and facilitate a successful improvement event workshop session with cross functional stakeholders.
Support facilitation of CI across the SEA business, to enable the facilitation of the continuous improvement pipeline of opportunities. Also supporting CI training and strategic improvement projects as required.
Provide Continuous Improvement support to project teams as required.
Work closely with business areas to facilitate and lead CI, utilising Kaizen & DMAIC methodologies
Have knowledge & working experience of Continuous Improvement projects, with ability to see projects through to delivery and closureJoin us and be part of something smaller - with 400 people in the UK and Canada - doing something bigger: protecting what matters.
