Responsibilities:

Administer and manage a portfolio of employee benefit schemes for corporate clients within the Small Business Unit. This includes workplace pension schemes, health insurance, protection, and wellbeing benefits.
Collaborate with Strategic Employee Benefit Consultants, Support and Technical teams, and corporate clients to handle administration tasks related to existing and new benefit schemes.
Shadow experienced Strategic Employee Benefit Consultants to gain valuable insights into client meetings, consultative sales skills, relationship development and management, as well as compliance activities.
Provide technical support to Strategic Employee Benefit Consultants on various employee benefit schemes, including pension, group protection, healthcare, and wellbeing.Requirements:

Passionate about employee benefits and eager to learn and grow within the field.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
