Administrator - Referrals

**Key Duties**
- Dealing with existing and potential new tenants
- Sourcing new properties for potential tenants
- Creating relevant files and folders for properties and tenants
- Communicating with other staff, suppliers and tenants.
- Ability to meet deadlines and be able to prioritise your workload
- Compiling documents for Processing Housing Benefit Claims
Arranging and processing Tenant Utility Accounts
- Travelling to tenants’ homes as and when required.
- Undertake any other duties / tasks assigned, which may additional include providing administration support to other departments.
**Skills and experience**
- Full Driving Licence (Essential)
- Good communication skills (Essential)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.(Essential)
- Experience using Account Package XERO would be helpful but not essential.
**Salary**: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
