Would you like to work within a rewarding and motivating account management role, where you can make a difference to people's lives? We are currently supporting our client to grow their busy and well established Customer Service Team. Here you would be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to our client's customers and health-care professionals. Our client provides vital medical products that help their clients to lead normal lives. They have been established for approximately 40 years and started as a family run business, who have maintained their focus on providing the best customer service, as well as looking after their own employees. The role:

This is a varied role, but the main priority will be to manage inbound and outbound calls and e-mails for clients and health-care professionals.
You will need to be understanding, supportive and be able to be empathetic with customers

Suitable candidates will:

Have good customer service skills, gained from any background
Be PC literate
Good communication skills, over the phone, face to face and via email
