Responsibilities:
Entering high volume invoices onto SAGE Lin 50
Reconciling Accounts
Assist with payroll processing, including ensuring accurate calculation of employee salaries, deductions, and tax payments.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
Monitor cash flow and prepare financial reports for management review.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies.
Support the finance team in ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as assigned.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Accounts Administrator or Administrator as training will be provided.
Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, with the ability to apply them to daily tasks.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
