Sewell Wallis are exclusively working with a growing specialist business who are seeking a Payroll Finance Manager to join them as they expand.

This is a brilliant opportunity if you are looking for a step up in having full autonomy of all of the finance functions within the team

In this role, you will report directly to the Finance Director who you will have the ability to learn a lot from for your own personal development which will in turn help support you in your career with them.

What you will be doing?

Prepare and processing of the payroll, PAYE and pension contributions.
Year-end financial accounts.
Prepare the monthly management accounts.
Budgeting and forecasting.
Key account reconciliations with a particular focus on trade debtor and trade creditor management, managing cash flow.What skills are we looking for?

Recent experience using Sage payroll to complete full payroll.
To have previously managed/mentored a finance team.
The ability to take the lead on the full finance function.
Qualified/Part-Qualified/Qualified by experience.What's on offer?

Ability to work closely with and learn from the Finance Director.

Enrolled on to the pension scheme.
Monday-Friday contracted days in the office.
