As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation on all employee relations issues and the administration of key HR processes.

Borough | £20.51ph | Full-time, 9am - 5:30pm | Hybrid working offered | 6 months duration | Starting immediately this week

Key responsibilities include:

Managing employee relations procedures, such as disciplinary and grievance processes, to ensure timely and compliant resolution of disputes
Supporting managers in dealing with performance and conduct-related concerns within their teams
Overseeing the occupational health referral process and coordinating with external providers
Updating and developing people policies in line with legislative changes and providing coaching to managers on policy implementation
Collaborating with the wider People team to identify training needs and deliver upskilling sessions for managers
Analysing and reporting on employee relations data, identifying key themes and trends

To thrive in this role you should have:

A strong understanding of employment law and policy compliance
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential
A CIPD Level 5 qualification would be advantageous
