As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation on all employee relations issues and the administration of key HR processes.

Borough | £20.51ph | Full-time, 9am - 5:30pm | Hybrid working offered | 6 months duration | Starting immediately this week

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing employee relations procedures, such as disciplinary and grievance processes, to ensure timely and compliant resolution of disputes
  • Supporting managers in dealing with performance and conduct-related concerns within their teams
  • Overseeing the occupational health referral process and coordinating with external providers
  • Updating and developing people policies in line with legislative changes and providing coaching to managers on policy implementation
  • Collaborating with the wider People team to identify training needs and deliver upskilling sessions for managers
  • Analysing and reporting on employee relations data, identifying key themes and trends

To thrive in this role you should have:

  • A strong understanding of employment law and policy compliance
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential
  • A CIPD Level 5 qualification would be advantageous
