LTF Recruitment is seeking a dedicated individual to join a vibrant SEN, Post 16 School where every child can flourish academically and socially. Our dedication to special educational needs (SEN) education is central to our values.

Job Description:
As a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, you will be instrumental in helping our students with SEN reach their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing one-on-one support to students with SEN, adapting teaching materials and methods to suit their individual needs.
Assisting the class teacher in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Monitoring and recording student progress and sharing insights with the teaching team and parents/guardians as needed.
Offering emotional support and encouragement to students, aiding in the development of their confidence and self-esteem.
Collaborating with professionals such as SENCOs and therapists to implement individualized education plans.Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities and qualifications:

A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to inclusive education.
Previous experience working with students with special educational needs is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work as part of a team and follow the direction of the class teacher.
A patient and empathetic nature.
Relevant qualifications or training in special education (desirable but not essential).How to Apply:
