The successful Senior Digital Marketing Manager will spearhead the digital marketing efforts and drive significant growth. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies that enhance digital presence, increase customer engagement, and boost sales across all channels.

The role will involve:

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
Manage and optimise our online presence across various platforms, including our website, social media, and e-commerce channels.
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, setting clear objectives and measuring performance to ensure maximum productivity and effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development) to create cohesive campaigns that promote our products effectively.
Oversee the budget for digital marketing, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum return on investment.
Analyse market trends and customer data to continually refine our strategy and improve customer engagement.

To be successful in this role of Senior Digital Marketing Manager we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the retail sector, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
Experience in e-commerce, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
Outstanding leadership capabilities and the ability to drive team success.
Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data-driven decision making.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
