Contract: 12-month contract

Location: Glasgow

Working pattern: 3 days in the office per week (Hybrid)

Salary: £115 per day

SRG are working with a Multinational Energy company to help them find an Administrative Assistant to join their busy team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with at least 2 years administration experience.

You will carry out all aspects of administration duties, including assisting team members in tasks relating to scheduling regular meetings and record minutes/actions for key project meetings where required. You will work effectively and efficiently to help the project team with preparing documentation, assist with any planning needed and necessary scheduling to ensure these tasks are carried out smoothly.

Key Responsibilities will include:

You will be responsible for diary management, organising meetings, travel booking, basic slide preparation, sending out communications.
You will also be responsible for setting up team meetings and sending out team invites.
You will also be involved in general admin support for the management team and the people development committee.

Candidate Requirements:

At least 2 years Administration experience
Experience with Accounts processing/Financial Admin experience
Strong communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels of the organisation.
Good IT skills: word, excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint (general O365)
Good attention to detail
Candidates who have worked for energy company before and have knowledge of the systems would be advantageous.
