Small and friendly close knit professional company based in Long Stratton are looking for a flexible, organised and committed person to fit in with their existing team.

Do you have:-

* High level of verbal and written communication skills

* Self-managing with a flexible and adaptable approach and the ability to work under pressure

* Excellent interpersonal skills

* Ability to deal with people at all levels in a tactful, professional and efficient manner over the telephone and in person

* High levels of confidentiality and diplomacy

* Good customer service skills

* Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and good numeracy skills

* An up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft Office, including, Word, Outlook and Excel

* Good organisational skills and the ability to follow and develop processes for the benefit of the efficient running of the office

* Good timekeeping skills with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines

Your duties will include:

* Dealing with telephone enquiries, administering group email accounts and handling daily post

* Handling new customer prospect enquiries and liaising with the Practice Manager / Practice Owner as necessary

* Managing the portfolio of clients / prospects

* Client onboarding process (letters of engagement, anti-money laundering checks, etc) and dealing with any Disengagements

* Issuing the practice invoices to clients using Quickbooks software

* Liaison with HMRC as required

* All general Adhoc duties as needed

* Hours are flexible – some remote working after the initial probationary period

* Salary commensurate with experience
