Elevation Recruitment Group's HR Division are pleased to be supporting a large National Manufacturing business, based in Sheffield, in their search for an interim HR Advisor on a 12 month contract to cover a maternity leave. This position is part time, 30 hours per week.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for their next step up into their career as an advisor, working on a prestigious and fast-paced manufacturing site that guarantees exposure and the opportunity to progress their Employee relations skills.

The role is site based, with the opportunity for some hybrid working following completion of an initial training period. Reporting into the HR Manager, this person will be responsible for;

Advising managers on employment law and guiding them through ER processes
Taking a lead on a caseload of ER, supported by a Senior Advisor
Producing contracts and legal documents
Reporting MI on the HRIS system
processing starters and leavers
submitting data over to external payroll company
This role is based in modern and fully equipped office, with great amenities. You will be working within a welcoming and experienced team and will be given the opportunity to work with teams at all levels within the business - a great opportunity for anyone wanting to progress onto that next step.
