Role Overview: As the Registered Children’s Home Manager, you will lead and oversee the daily operations of our children’s home in Luton. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with OFSTED regulations and maintain high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

* Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the staff team, fostering a positive and inclusive culture within the home.

* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the home meets all OFSTED requirements and quality standards.

* Person-Centred Care: Put the well-being and development of the children at the forefront of decision-making.

* Staff Management: Lead and support the team effectively.

* Health and Safety: Ensure policies and procedures are followed, and health and safety guidelines are maintained.

* Budget Management: Oversee financial aspects related to the home.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Registered with OFSTED: You must be registered with OFSTED as a Children’s Home Manager.

* Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a residential children’s setting.
