Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager (Internals) to oversee the internal fit-out of a large high-rise, new build residential scheme in Maidenhead. The successful candidate will ensure that all internal works are completed to the highest quality standards, on time, and within budget.

This will be a one year, CIS contract.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage all internal construction activities, including finishing, MEP installations, and quality control.

* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

* Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

* Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and quality, addressing any issues promptly.

* Maintain accurate site documentation, including site diaries, progress reports, and quality assurance records.

* Collaborate with the project team, including clients, architects, and engineers, to resolve any on-site issues.

* Ensure the delivery of high-quality finishes, adhering to project specifications and standards.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager with a focus on internal works for high-rise residential projects.

* Strong understanding of fit-out processes, quality control, and safety standards.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.

* CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications are mandatory
