Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our sites, including the management of internal and external teams, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Health and Safety: Develop and implement effective health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Team Management: Motivate, support, and manage directly employed staff to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Production Management: Deliver all aspects of production in accordance with technical and planning documentation, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with building regulations and industry standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records, including progress reports, quality control records, and health and safety documentation.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience of working on high-volume construction projects, with a strong background in site management and internal/fit-out elements.
  • Qualifications: A trade background or industry-related qualification is essential, along with a valid CSCS card, SMSTS certification, and First Aid training.
