We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
- Oversee the work of subcontractors and site staff to ensure that project deadlines are met.
- Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
- Handle any issues that arise on-site and implement solutions quickly.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure that work quality and adherence to project specifications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or related fields.
- CSCS card and SMSTS certificate are preferred.
