Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Programme Management: Develop and implement project programmes, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
  2. Site Coordination: Coordinate the activities of site staff, including tradespeople, engineers, and other support teams, to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  3. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standard, and identify and rectify any defects or issues.
  4. Health and Safety: Ensure that all site staff are aware of and comply with health and safety procedures, and that all necessary safety measures are in place to prevent accidents and injuries.
  5. Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that projects are delivered to their satisfaction.
  6. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the project, working closely with site staff and other stakeholders to find solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
