✨ What You'll Be Doing ✨

Providing outstanding sales and product support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Collaborating closely with our client's internal and external sales teams to maximise new business opportunities.
Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers and customers, fostering long-term partnerships.
Processing orders efficiently and accurately, both from phone calls and emails.
Proactively reaching out to existing customers with enticing promotions and special offers to drive sales.
Contributing to regular Sales Team Meetings, sharing insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate sales records.
Assisting with general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the sales department.🌟 What You Bring 🌟

Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers, suppliers, and team members.
Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order processing.
Proactive nature and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
