Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a sales environment but enjoys more of the Customer Service and Order Processing aspect of it all? We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Account Manager with our client, a leading organisation in their industry. As a Customer Account Manager, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding sales and product support to our client's valued customers, ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded

?? What you'll do:

  • Collaborate closely with our client's internal and external sales teams to maximise new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and customers, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Processing Customer orders efficiently and accurately, whether they come in via phone calls or emails.
  • Contribute to regular Sales Team Meetings, sharing insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Update internal systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the sales department.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Efficient multitasker with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in a sales support role or similar administrative position is preferred but not required.
