Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional sales and product support to clients, ensuring their expectations are not only met but exceeded.
- Work closely with both internal and external sales teams to optimize new business prospects.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with suppliers and customers, promoting long-term partnerships.
- Efficiently and accurately process orders received via phone and email.
- Actively engage with existing clients to present attractive promotions and special offers to boost sales.
- Participate in regular Sales Team Meetings, providing insights and feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update internal systems accordingly.
- Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure the seamless operation of the sales department.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a sales support or customer service capacity, ideally within a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, suppliers, and team members.
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision in order management.
- A proactive approach with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in computer systems and the MS Office Suite for order management and administrative functions.
