Overview:
Jackson Hogg is delighted to be supporting our Talent Partner Interconics in the search for an Account/Programme Manager. You will operate as the point of contact between customers and internal functions across quality, H&S, procurement, sales and engineering. Due to the nature of this role, we are looking for candidates who currently work in a customer focused/account management position who thrive on building relationships. You will grow a portfolio of key customers and spot opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the complete lifecycle of programs, from initiation to completion, ensuring all projects meet quality standards and deliverables.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure all program requirements are met and align with company goals.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear and timely communication regarding program progress, changes, and updates.
* Facilitate regular meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss project status, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Provide detailed and accurate reports to customers, highlighting key metrics, milestones, and performance indicators.
Person specification:
* Proven experience in program management or a similar role, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
