Our Communication & Customer Service Manager is the voice of our client and is responsible for maintaining the highest levels of service to our customers. Through providing exceptional help and support via various channels, the Communications Manager will create engaged customers and facilitate the growth of our customer base.

Job Description

* Provide the day to day first line response to customer enquiries and sale requests via email, telephone, livechat and social media.

* Constantly look for ways to improve our customers' experience.

* Respond to customer service enquiries inline with company KPIs.

* Work with the wider team to produce and implement a marketing strategy that delivers sales growth.

* Provide monthly communication KPI reports to the wider team.

* Responsible for filing and storing images and ensuring they get as much exposure as possible through social media, the website and other marketing activities.

* Provide assistance in the processing and fulfilment of customer orders as and when required.

* Nurture and grow a business relationship with existing suppliers.

* Check and approve all PO’s raised by the fulfilment manager

* Oversee & Communicate on a daily basis with the fulfilment manager to ensure smooth running of day to day business.

Skills Required:

* Demonstrable ability to provide the highest levels of customer service.

* Professional & confident telephone manner.

* The ability to maintain calm under pressure.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong understanding of Social Media communication

* Ability to organise your own workload to meet deadlines.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Excellent problem-solving skill

* Ability to multitask
