We are looking for someone with experience of developing similar services and who is interested in developing new business streams for a companionship and a premium offer to our service users. Our client has services across Surrey and South London and great plans to grow further.

This organisation has an efficient model where scheduling, sales, attendance monitoring is centralised to allow you as the RM to focus on your role of providing excellent care services.

You will be supported by a strong deputy, their registered nurse and a BD manager along with the owners who are very hands on and who strive to make their provision a great, fun place to work.

You will be rewarded with a competitive salary of between £40-45k (for exceptional candidates this can be negotiated), 33 days annual leave (inc bank hols) and excellent opportunities for career progression.
