Person specification:

* Experience with PC software like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is a given.

* Being a graduate or equivalent adds to your edge.

* Proficiency in InDesign is a definite bonus.

* Architecture background? Even better.

* If you're familiar with BREEAM, EPCs, IES, and NABERS, you're ahead of the game
