Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a HR Advisor based in Worcester. This is a contract role working full time hours.

The job:

To provide a HR Advice and support in relation absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organisational change and the range of employment and employee relations matters.
To develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with managers, partners, colleagues and union representatives, establishing professional credibility.
To lead on the management of casework, relating to discipline, grievance, sickness absence. This includes advice and support to managers, liaising with Occupational Health, case review meetings, and dismissal decision hearings.
To support the development and maintenance of a performance management culture within the Directorate.
To drive performance and attainment of HR KPI's for casework, sickness absence and change activity. The candidate:

Previous experience in a HR position
Considerable experience of providing business-focused, pragmatic HR advice
CIPD qualified or working towards
A thorough knowledge of Human Resources practice and proceduresThis client can offer hybrid working.
