Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a dynamic Head of Manufacturing to take full ownership of the manufacturing operations. This pivotal role will report directly to the Managing Director and oversee a dedicated team of 6 direct reports, along with over 100 indirect staff members.

This Head of Manufacturing key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Oversee and manage a range of manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality production and operational efficiency.
Directly participate in projects and strategic initiatives, serving as the main point of contact for customers regarding technical queries, especially for new developments.
Develop and implement improvement plans to enhance processes, increase efficiency, and introduce new technologies.
Utilise data-driven insights to drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
Foster a culture of innovation and efficiency to propel the business forward.
Ensure the successful implementation of new ideas and processes that align with the company's growth objectives.

A degree in engineering or a related discipline, or significant relevant experience in a similar role.
