Service and Quality Manager

We are looking for Service and Quality Manager to manage the new product introductions into the portfolio, ensuring that they meet the UK standards.
The role will also involve leading a small team of technicians to deliver a high quality repair & testing service on all products whilst enhancing productivity, monitoring compliance & standards and keeping quality control processes up to date.
With an electrical and electronic bias, you will have a strong background in compliance and quality control. Demonstrated management experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus of identifying and improving processes. Awareness of electronic safety standards and regulations, coupled with the attention to detail, technical analysis, data handling and reporting.
The person:
Design, implement and manage repair and service processes.
Experience in analysing data and inventory control on exchequer
Proven team management experience
Communication and collaboration skills at all levels.
Ongoing awareness of regulations of business obligations
Continuous learning, development and improvement attitude.
Analytically minded with the attention to detail
Ability to identify and report potential issues to Senior Management
Practical approach to resolving any technical problemsBenefits:
