To temporarily assist an accounts receivable team based within Darlington. In this role you'll be interacting via telephone and e-mail with other departments across the business. General admin tasks will also be your responsibility. The company is looking for candidates with attention to detail who are open and friendly communicators.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To work with a high volume of internal and external customers over the telephone and via e-mail using standardised customer collection processes.
Prepare reports and information to show the progress and the status of each customer.
Work closely with the Sales teams as appropriate to resolve any Accounts Receivable issues and to build open and honest partnerships.
Works cross-functionally and/or with multiple Business Units and customers to identify potential problems and also potential solutions.
Fully participating in continual improvement projects related to Accounts Receivable processes.
Working as a key part of a multi-skilled team.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Experience of working in a client focused role using the telephone and e-mail
Experience of MS Office includes intermediate Excel skills.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to establish strong customer relationships.
Ability to prioritise work effectively
Excellent organisational skills.
To cover additional responsibilities within the team where needed.
Communication skills must be of a high standard.
Minimal level of relevant work experience is required.What you'll get in return
After an initial period of training, you have the option to work 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home. With flexible start and finish times.
