About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated SEN-TA specialising in Autism Spectrum Disorder to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, long-term position offering a competitive daily salary of £85-£100. The role has become available due to a recent team expansion, reflecting our commitment to providing exceptional support to our students.

You will be working closely with a small class of students, ensuring personalised attention and support. This role stands out for its focus on professional development, with opportunities for progression through workshops and leadership programs, and continuous support from the management team."

Application Requirements:

• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Relevant qualifications in Special Educational Needs is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of SEN best practices and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate and patient approach to supporting students' needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing tailored support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs).
• Monitoring and recording students' progress and providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Assisting with classroom management and creating a positive learning environment.
