About the role:

As a SEN-TA - Autism Spectrum Disorder Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with ASD within Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 classrooms. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement tailored strategies that address the unique needs of each student. Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one support, facilitating social skills development, and promoting independence and inclusion in the classroom setting.

Application Requirements:

• Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

• Understanding of different learning styles and abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualised support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

• Assist teachers in implementing personalised learning plans.

• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
