Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow SPM Developer with a focus on Demand Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in developing on the ServiceNow platform, including at least one full implementation of Demand Management as part of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). This role involves analyzing complex custom ServiceNow environments, conducting technical workshops, creating technical designs, and recommending solutions in line with ServiceNow best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Demand Management solutions within the ServiceNow SPM suite.
Analyze and understand complex, custom ServiceNow environments to provide effective solutions.
Conduct technical workshops to gather requirements and provide solution recommendations.
Create detailed technical designs that align with ServiceNow best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and technical requirements.
Provide expert advice on ServiceNow SPM best practices and implementation strategies.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Demand Management.
Continuously improve and optimize existing ServiceNow Demand Management processes and solutions.

Qualifications:
Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in developing on the ServiceNow platform.
At least one full implementation of Demand Management as part of the SPM suite.Technical Skills:

Proficiency in ServiceNow SPM, specifically Demand Management.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
Experience in creating technical designs and solution recommendations.
Ability to run and manage technical workshops.
Analytical Skills:
Experience in analyzing and understanding complex, custom ServiceNow environments.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
ServiceNow certification(s) in SPM or related modules.
Experience with other ServiceNow modules and functionalities.
