Senior Design Manager - Premier Healthcare Projects

Join the leading construction division or a Tier 1 Main Contractor and play a pivotal role in the development of state-of-the-art healthcare facilities. We are on the lookout for a Senior Design Manager to spearhead a upcoming landmark project, a £150m initiative set to revolutionize patient care.

Your Role:

* Tender Leadership: Select and guide a top-tier design team, aligning scope and services with ambitious project timelines.

* Design Excellence: Drive the creation of innovative, sustainable, and safe healthcare environments from concept to completion.

* Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders and specialist subcontractors to deliver exceptional design solutions.

* Quality Assurance: Oversee design processes, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.

We Need You To:

* Demonstrate extensive experience in leading healthcare project designs.

* Exhibit strong leadership, planning, and time management skills.

* Possess a deep understanding of D&B contracts and client procurement routes.

* Show proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and View Point for Projects.

Qualifications:

* A degree in a construction-related field.

* A minimum of twelve years of experience in the construction industry.

* Proven track-record of delivering world class design for healthcare facilities.
