Design Manager l Boutique Hotel Project l Central London
This established main contractor specialises in Luxury residential projects has a requirement for a Design Manager to join their project team on a new build hotel build in Central London.
This highly recognised name in the sector specialise in refurbishment of one of unique luxury properties of which their average project value in £2m.
For this Design Manager position you will work on a 150 bed, boutique hotel in central London and will be a large refurbishment in the main however, there will be an RC frame adding to the current building so knowledge of large extensions and new builds will also be beneficial.
As Design Manager for this role, you must have high quality, luxury residential and hotel project experience and will have been the Design Manager for a contractor. For this role they are looking only for applicants with the technical knowledge and experience of how to build a hotel.
You will as the Design Manager have a UK building qualification and whilst our client is not specific on Architectural or Construction trained backgrounds, you must have a stable track record of employment with contractors and not just with Architects.
