Ideal Requirements for a Surgical Staff Nurse
* Have at least 1 years surgical or A&E experience in a hospital setting.
* Competence across a range of skills, supported by professional and clinical knowledge acquired through state registration and additional training is also desirable.
* NMC registered pin should not have any restrictions or conditions
Role Responsibilities for a Surgical Staff Nurse
* Attending to general surgery patients including Orthopaedic, Urology, Bariatric surgery, Plastic surgery, ENT and Ophthalmology.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
* You will support in assessing patient’s health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload, assisting in the delivery of care to meet the patient’s needs.
