Are you a customer-focused individual with experience in sales support and customer service? Our client, an organisation based in Dudley, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Internal Sales Support to join their dynamic and busy team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive support to the External Account Managers, ensuring they have all the resources needed to excel in their roles.
Act as a point of contact for dealer client base and corporate clients, handling general inquiries, price requests, lead times, and image requests.
Prepare and issue quotations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Coordinate site installations and deliveries, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
Receive and process orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Engage in regular customer liaison, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.
Support with administrative tasks as required.Requirements:

Previous sales office or customer service experience is essential, with the ability to confidently communicate with customers over the phone.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar and accuracy.
Ability to work well in a team environment, providing assistance and support to colleagues when needed.
