* Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

* Safeguard and protect the well-being of all residents.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in autism, LD, mental health, or complex care.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices.
* Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
* Ability to register with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Skills:
* Strong observational and assessment skills.
* Ability to negotiate and manage budgets.
* Knowledge of local services and resources.
* Good understanding of medical conditions affecting service users.
Working Hours:
Full-time position
