While some office or administration experience would be beneficial, it is not essential, making this role ideal if you are looking to kickstart your administration career.
As the Junior Administrator, you will provide essential support across all internal divisions, ensuring the smooth operation of office affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general administrative support, including monthly billing, filing, and booking meeting rooms
* Use the internal system to manage and resolve client requests
* Assist with client onboarding, including the preparation of client correspondence
* Meet and greet visitors, ensuring a positive client experience via telephone and face to face
* Assist with the organisation and coordination of events
