Opening new files and archiving old files/documents
Administer the arching filing system
Reviewing and scanning client ID onto the database
Perform any other duties as reasonably requested from time to time

Experience and Skills Requirements

Experience in a reception role and ability to use switch boards
Strong written and verbal communication
IT literate
Good telephone manner
Good organisation and time management
